Set on the edge of Germany’s stunning Black Forest lies restaurant Adler. This characteristic hotel and restaurant have been run by the Fehrenbacher family. Today, chef Daniel Fehrenbacher is the fourth generation to take over the charming establishment. In the kitchen, top chef Daniel and his team prepare modern and cosmopolitan cuisine with a classic French twist. Showing great passion and craftsmanship, the chef has been honoured with a Michelin star and 17 points from Gault Millau. Daniel Fehrenbacher is owner and chef of restaurant Adler. After his culinary education under top chef Emil Kuntz of Krone Herkunft, Daniel worked in several restaurants, among which Ferienhaus Feckl Ehningen and Pont de Brent. In 2006, Daniel returned to restaurant Adler where his father, Otto Fehrenbacher, works as a senior chef, and his mother, Pia Fehrenbacher, serves diners with grace. Daniel took over the establishment in 2019 and has been honoured with a Michelin star and 17 points from Gault Millau.
